  • 1/2 can of tuna fish

Lunch:

  • finished the rest of the tuna fish
  • lamb and beef schawarma salad.

Dinner:

  • 2 pieces maki
  • leftover steamed fish curry
  • leftover sticky rice
  • leftover breaded soft shell crab
