Breakfast:

  • 2 eggs with steak and asparagus
  • 1/4 chocolate croissant – ate the chocolate section, ignored the rest
  • almond croissant – only 2 bites – it wasn’t very good.

Lunch:

  • Finished the rest of my steak/egg/asparagus breakfast
Snack:
Shared the below:
  • Poutine with sausage
  • 1 beer
Other Snacks:
  • small amount of fruit throughout the day

Dinner:

Went to a Polish restaurant and got the mixed plate. It was ridiculously good.

  • 2 pierogis (1 meat, 1 cheese)
  • cabbage roll
  • sausage
  • sauerkraut
  • 1 beer
