Breakfast:

  • Duck liver – I’m trying to get accustomed to eating offal and wasting less food. I had these parts leftover from the whole duck I made last weekend so I thought I’d try frying them in a pan with salt and pepper. It came out ok. Next time I will try making duck pate or adding a sauce.
  • bowl of pickled mustard greens with pork

Lunch:

  • Leftover lamb curry with cauliflower rice

Dinner:

  • Burgers with guacamole and bacon
  • Roast cabbage
