Breakfast:

  • bowl of chili (3 parts ground beef and 1 part kidney beans)

Lunch:

  • Lamb Schawarma salad

Dinner:

  • Beef kalbi – I used this recipe and halved the amount of sugar.
  • 2 pieces of sesame-glazed bok choy
  • 2 lychees
